The Transcausse onboarding process is an important step for every new employee. On Tuesday, October 21, our teams had the pleasure of welcoming new arrivals during a friendly breakfast organized within the company.
This special moment gave everyone the opportunity to get to know one another, share their first impressions, and discover the Transcausse environment in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Over coffee and pastries, conversations helped foster the first connections between colleagues.
Following this convivial gathering, Sonia Benmaa-Massin presented the company, its history, values, and development projects.
This presentation allowed new employees to gain a better understanding of Transcausse’s activities and the challenges of our industry.
The morning continued with a tour of the Littoral site led by Sébastien Nicoli.
Participants were able to discover the facilities, the various professions, and the activities that make up the daily work of our teams. This hands-on immersion helps newcomers better understand the company’s organization and operations.
At the same time, Margot Perard guided part of the group on a tour of the offices. This gave new employees the opportunity to meet different departments and identify their key contacts within the company.
