1979: TRANSCAUSSE ORIGINS.
Causse & Cie and AMM merged to found TRANSCAUSSE -
1982: CORSEFRET.
TRANSCAUSSE acquired the Corsican business of Causse & Cie and set up its CORSEFRET agency. -
1999 : CORSEFRET Sud.
Following the Group’s experience in Bastia with CORSEFRET, a subsidiary was created in the south of Corsica to enable closer ties with its customers.
By strengthening its activities and local presence in Corsica, TRANSCAUSSE made considerably inroads into intercontinental maritime transit with its product-related (Food, Pharmaceuticals, Removals, etc.) and country-related (Indian Ocean, North Africa, Far East, Oceania, Sub-Saharan Africa, Near and Middle East, etc.) strategies.
Cette stratégie d’expertise par filière s’est appuyée sur une intégration de moyens importants (moyens de transports, entrepôts secs et sous température dirigée, traçabilité informatique, expertise douanière), sur un réseau d’agents internationaux de première qualité, sur toutes les implantations nationales et européennes du Groupe BALGUERIE et sur une politique de certification adaptée à ses spécialités (Opérateur Economique Agréé, ECOCERT, etc…).
TRANSCAUSSE et ses filiales comptent aujourd’hui près de 300 collaborateurs.
