SEEPH 2025: Transcausse Embraces Inclusion

SEEPH 2025 provided an opportunity for the Transcausse teams to participate in the Handipoursuite challenge. This fun activity helped raise employee awareness about disabilities and strengthen our culture of inclusion.

Every year, European Disability Employment Week highlights the importance of equal opportunity in the workplace. At Transcausse, we fully embrace these values.

SEEPH 2025: Raising Awareness in a New Way

The Handipoursuite Challenge gave participants the opportunity to test their knowledge of disability while learning about best practices for promoting inclusion in the workplace.

Thanks to this initiative, there was a great deal of discussion, and employees gained a better understanding of the challenges associated with employing people with disabilities.
