đ€Integration Breakfast at Transcausse!
This Tuesday, October 21, our teams had the pleasure of sharing a welcome breakfast with our new colleagues, whether they joined us as apprentices or on permanent contracts.
This friendly moment allowed everyone to get to know each other, talk about their first days, and discover the Transcausse universe.
Over coffee, croissants, and good vibes, it was clear that team spirit is already part of our everyday life! âđ„
The morning continued with a company presentation by Sonia BENMAA-MASSIN, who shared Transcausseâs vision, values, and projects.
Then, SĂ©bastien NICOLI took over for a tour of the Littoral site, helping new arrivals better understand our activities and immerse themselves in our environment.
At the same time, another group was guided by Margot PERARD for a visit to the offices, so that those not working directly at the Littoral site could also explore the different spaces and teams.
A big thank-you to Sonia, SĂ©bastien, and Margot for their availability and support â and to all participants for their enthusiasm and energy!
