CMA CGM group set to acquire La Meridionale!

The French sea transport giant has announced the start of exclusive negotiations with the STEF group to take over shipping company La Meridionale, anchored in the port of Marseille.

La Meridionale is the historic shipping line for crossings from Marseille to Corsica, and also, since 2020, to Morocco.

It runs a daily freight and passenger transport service between Corsica and the mainland, thus providing Territorial Continuity in the scope of its Public Service mission.
